Can I start without paying?
Yes. Create a free account, bring in your app details and edit the text for your images. No card is needed. You pay only when you order the design; the finished images are created after payment.
How long does it take?
Up to 24 hours. This is not an instant generator: a designer draws the set for your app, the fit and the contrast of every image are measured, and a person decides whether it is good enough to send you. Most sets arrive well inside a day.
What if I do not like them?
Tell us and we redraw them, as many times as it takes. A set is drawn by a person for your app, so a note about what is wrong is something a person can act on. If we cannot make it right, you get your money back in full.
What access do you need to my app?
None. We read your public App Store page, the same one a merchant sees. We never sign in to your Partner Dashboard, we never touch your app or its code, and we ask for no keys, no collaborator request and no test store.
Where does the text come from?
From your public App Store page. It is a starting draft, and every word on every image is yours to change before anything is drawn.
Do the images match my brand?
The palette is taken from your app icon, never chosen for you, and every colour is checked against the text on it before the set is sent. The construction is drawn for your app rather than picked from a template, which is the reason a person makes it.
What do I actually receive?
Six PNG files at 1600 × 900: one main image for the feature slot and five screenshots. The package includes image design, your chosen wording and brand colours. The app icon is separate and is not included.
Who owns the images?
You do. Once you have paid, the six files are yours for the listing, for your marketing, and for anything else, with no further permission and no further payment.
Can I come back and change them later?
Yes. You can update the text on your paid order until production starts. Once the images are delivered, they stay available; new wording starts a separate set. For a correction to delivered images, contact us.
Which languages are supported?
Any language written in the Latin alphabet, accents included. The draft comes in from your App Store page, you rewrite it in the language you want, and the set is drawn in that. The fit check measures your actual words, so a language with longer words is caught before delivery rather than after. Greek, Cyrillic and CJK are not drawn yet.
