You see the set before you pay

All six images are shown to you, watermarked, before any payment is taken. Editing the words and generating again is free and unlimited. That is deliberate: the point at which you pay is the point at which you already know what you are getting.

When we refund

If the files you download differ from the set you approved, we refund in full. If we fail to deliver the files at all, we refund in full. If you paid twice for one set, we refund the second one. Write to us and we will return the money to the card you paid with, usually the same day.

When we do not

We do not refund because a listing did not perform, because Shopify rejected something unrelated to the images, or because you changed your mind about text you approved. You can always edit and generate a new version, which costs nothing until you buy it.

The 14-day right to withdraw

EU consumer law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because these images are digital content made to your order and delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts at once and that the right to withdraw ends once the files are delivered. Everything above still applies, and it is more generous than the law requires.
